Kara Achzet holds a B.A. in Art History from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and an M.A. in Education from Pepperdine University. She began her career in higher education as an office assistant in the admissions department at the California Institute of the Arts, where her curiosity for data and systems quickly evolved into a passion for enrollment management. Over time, she advanced to serve as Director of Enrollment Operations, gaining deep expertise in student information systems, reporting, and process optimization.

With more than 15 years of experience in college admissions and enrollment operations, Kara has developed extensive knowledge in data analysis, CRM management, and enrollment systems integration. She now serves as the Director of Enrollment Technology at Mount Saint Mary’s University, Los Angeles, where she oversees strategic implementation of technology solutions that improve efficiency and student engagement.

As a Blueprint Consultant and Co-Creator of the Blueprint™ App, Kara leads app operations and provides consulting support to institutions seeking to strengthen their enrollment infrastructure through data-driven planning and integrated systems.

Outside of her professional work, Kara enjoys baking, swimming, and exploring Los Angeles on family adventures.
